Yess alhamdulillah I'm here again. There so many topic that i need to share here for the pass few days. Unfortunately I need to priorities all my task before I can sit down to update my lovely blog. The word of 'Empowerment' came across my mind once blogger.com is open... hehehehe probably that is due to few incident in my life for the pass few weeks.
Emmm.. as person that always looking for a tips to improved and enhance interpersonal skills, this word always found in lot of motivational books. But deep inside what is Empowerment all about.
Haaa.... that's what happen to me. My understanding of Empowerment is giving trust and encourage people towards their strength and always support and motivate them to perform better achievement in life.
That's to others, how this Empowerment can be enhance our own interpersonal skill. As a mother, wife, daughter and superior for my staff I'm use to learn to use this method to get great result oriented. But when I ask back to myself how should I use it direct to myself....
Uuuuhhhhh How ha? Lepas tu keluarlah words of ALAMAK, MACAM MANA, KENAPA DIA TAK NAMPAK, etc.
I guest i understand the action to be taken after receiving this words ' empowerment your ability and strength to min. your weakness with something that make you feel joy and encourage you to done it with full of your heart. That's who you are, is not what people what you to be'
hahahahah... after got it, I'm practice it to view of my task that i hate most. Alhamdulillah it's came
great result to that particular task. New lesson start 'EMPOWERMENT ourself to move forward for positive joyful life then share it with others in excellent beautiful cheerful way'
1st time is always hard to do, telling yourself 'YOU CAN DO IT' insyaallah after 4-5 times.. it's become habit. Put aside people criticized bout you, they're just afraid you can be better than them or go away from this people. They're so many people will accept you as you are and appreciate or event encourage your effort. Remember life is so short and it's not like computer can move back word to UNDO all the mistake. And what had happen in life we call it moment of memory or the best word is LIFE EXPERIENCE.
